Event Intro
Unfortunately, child abuse and neglect is an ongoing epidemic that touches many children throughout our community. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of East Central Wisconsin is the only program in Manitowoc and Sheboygan County that recruits, trains, and supervises community volunteers authorized by the court to advocate for child victims needing protection and services. We believe that together, we can help
break the cycle of abuse and neglect.
